Enforcement Rules of the Patent Act Article 23
In a patent application for invention, the drawing(s) shall be made clearly with ink lines based on the engineering drawing method; when scaled down to two-thirds, all the details disclosed in each drawing shall still be clearly distinguished.The drawing(s) shall be annotated with drawing designation(s) and reference sign(s), arranged according to the drawing sequence, and shall not specify descriptive words, unless otherwise indispensable.

發明之圖式，應參照工程製圖方法以墨線繪製清晰，於各圖縮小至三分之二時，仍得清晰分辨圖式中各項細節。
