Repeal of a compulsory licenseWhere a compulsory license granted pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 87 is considered no longer necessary by the central authorities in charge of the relevant business, the Specific Patent Agency shall repeal the compulsory license upon notice from the said authorities.The Specific Patent Agency may, upon request, repeal a granted compulsory license under any of the following conditions:1. where the fact warranting the compulsory license has changed and compulsory licensing is no longer necessary;2. where the licensee fails to properly exploit the patent as required in the compulsory license; or3. where the licensee fails to pay the remuneration as determined by the Specific Patent Agency.

依第八十七條第一項規定強制授權者，經中央目的事業主管機關認無強制授權之必要時，專利專責機關應依其通知廢止強制授權。
有下列各款情事之一者，專利專責機關得依申請廢止強制授權：
一、作成強制授權之事實變更，致無強制授權之必要。
二、被授權人未依授權之內容適當實施。
三、被授權人未依專利專責機關之審定支付補償金。
有下列各款情事之一者，專利專責機關得依申請廢止強制授權：
