Interview and inspection in invalidation proceedingsWhen conducting invalidation proceedings, the Specific Patent Agency may, upon a request or ex officio, notify the patentee to take any of the following actions within a designated time period:1. to appear at the Specific Patent Agency for an interview; or2. to conduct necessary experiments or provide models or samples.The Specific Patent Agency may, when necessary, visit the site or a designated place to carry out inspections on the experiments performed or models or samples to be submitted pursuant to Subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph.

專利專責機關於舉發審查時，得依申請或依職權通知專利權人限期為下列各款之行為：
一、至專利專責機關面詢。
二、為必要之實驗、補送模型或樣品。
