Regulations Governing the Implementation of Filing Trademark Applications and Services by Electronic Means Article 5-1
Where there are more than two agents stated in an electronic trademark application document, one of themis allowed to make a transmission by the electronic certificate thereof as a representative. Unless an objection is filed, the others who do not make a transmission are presumed to have been appointed.
