Where the application contains a statement to the effect that the mark is a three-dimensional trademark, the reproduction of the trademark shall consist of not more than six views depicting the three-dimensional shape.The reproduction under the preceding paragraph may use broken lines to show the manner, placement or context in which the three-dimensional shape is used on the designated goods or services.The applicant shall furnish a description explaining the three-dimensional shape. Where the trademark contains an element other than the three-dimensional shape, the explanation of the element shall be included in the description.

申請註冊立體商標者，商標圖樣為表現立體形狀之視圖；該視圖以六個為限。
前項商標圖樣得以虛線表現立體形狀使用於指定商品或服務之方式、位置或內容態樣。
申請人應提供商標描述，說明立體形狀；商標包含立體形狀以外之組成部分者，亦應說明。
