Trademark Act Article 43
Addition to appropriate and distinguishing indicationIf, due to a transfer of trademark right, two or more proprietors use an identical trademark on similar goods or services or similar trademarks on identical or similar goods or services, and hence there exists a likelihood of confusion on relevant consumers, each proprietor shall add an appropriate and distinguishing indication while using his/her own trademark.

移轉商標權之結果，有二以上之商標權人使用相同商標於類似之商品或服務，或使用近似商標於同一或類似之商品或服務，而有致相關消費者混淆誤認之虞者，各商標權人使用時應附加適當區別標示。
