Regulations for the Deposit of Biological Material for Patent Application Article 18
Where the Depository has performed a viability test or preservation using the method provided or agreed by the depositor, the Depository has no obligation for compensation if the biological materials cannot be preserved properly or are no longer available for furnishing.
