Enforcement Rules of Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 13

The Bureau shall, within one month from the date of application, review and approve applications for establishing businesses in the Park in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Act.The term “relevant materials,” as used in Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Act, refers to the required materials specified in the application form for establishment of businesses in the Park. Where the operational activities of a business in the Park shall be permitted by other authorities, the Bureau shall conduct a review in conjunction with the authorities in charge of relevant businesses and involved in such permission process.An application for establishment of businesses in the Park may be submitted in the name of an individual or preparatory office.
