Act for the Establishment and Administration of Technology Industrial Parks Article 34

Businesses under any of the following circumstances shall be fined between NT$6,000 and NT$30,000:1. In violation of the provisions of Paragraph 1of Article 28, someone residing in the Parks is not a member of the necessary management personnel, security guards, employees and their family members, and business staff on duty in the Park;2. In violation of Paragraph 3 of Article 28, people and vehicles fail to enter and exit the Parks through locations designated by the Bureau or its branch offices, or refuse to undergo necessary inspections by the customs and security guards.
