Regulations for Verification of Investment by Overseas Compatriots and Foreign Nationals Article 9
Investors using NTD to purchase equipment and raw material in Taiwan shall provide the competent authority with the following documents for verification:1. Application for investment verification.2. Photographic copies of invoices or other related documents showing evidence of the purchase of equipment and raw material.3. The invested business or its preparatory office shall provide proof showing investors have undertaken steps to capitalize the investment.

投資人以新臺幣於國內購買自用機器設備、原料作為股本投資者，應檢具下列文件，向主管機關申請審定︰一、審定投資額申請書。
二、購買自用機器設備、原料之發票或相關證明文件影本。
三、投資事業或其籌備處出具投資人已實行投資之證明文件。
