Regulations for Verification of Investment by Overseas Compatriots and Foreign Nationals Article 10
Investors capitalizing investments through mergers, acquisitions, demergers, or stock divisions shall provide the competent authority with the following documents for verification:1. Application for investment verification.2. The invested business or its preparatory office shall provide proof showing investors have undertaken steps to capitalize the investment.

投資人以合併、收購、分割或股份轉換作為股本投資者，應檢具下列文件，向主管機關申請審定︰一、審定投資額申請書。
