Industrial Innovation Statute Article 69

With regard to business entities that do not conform to the definition of “companies” and “enterprises” given in Article 2 of this Statute, if they are recognized by the central government authorities in charge of the industries concerned, Articles 9, 13, 14, 16 and 26 to 28 of this Statute regarding incentives, subsidies, or counseling may apply mutatis mutandis to them.
