Industrial Innovation Statute Article 39

The land in an industrial park may be used as follows:1. Land for industries.2. Land for communities.3. Land for public facilities.4. Other types of land approved by the central competent authority.The area of the land for industries shall not be less than 60% of the total land area of an industrial park.The area of the land for communities shall not be more than 10% of the total land area of an industrial park.The area of the land for public facilities shall not be less than 20% of the total land area of an industrial park.The regulations governing the uses of the types of land as referred to in the first Paragraph, the permitted scope of use, and other relevant matters shall be prescribed by the central competent authority in consultation with the central government authorities in charge of the industries concerned.

產業園區得規劃下列用地：
一、產業用地。
二、社區用地。
三、公共設施用地。
四、其他經中央主管機關核定之用地。
產業用地所占面積，不得低於全區土地總面積百分之六十。
社區用地所占面積，不得超過全區土地總面積百分之十。
公共設施用地所占面積，不得低於全區土地總面積百分之二十。
第一項各種用地之用途、使用規範及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關會商各中央目的事業主管機關定之。
