The central competent authority shall provide counseling and assistance for venture capital enterprises in order to stimulate the start-up and growth of domestic new businesses.The regulations governing the scope of the venture capital enterprises as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the provision of counseling and assistance, and other relevant matters shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

中央主管機關應輔導及協助創業投資事業，以促進國內新興事業創業發展。
前項創業投資事業之範圍、輔導、協助及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
