The Electricity Act Article 71
Paragraph 3 of Article 25, Article 26, Articles 29 to 31, Article 34, Article 35, Article 37, and Article 58 of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to the installation, energisation, building, protection, and reporting of Self-Use Power-Generation Equipment, as well as joint structures with the telecommunication network and the requirement of a directorial engineer.
