Unmanned Vehicles Technology Innovative Experimentation Act Article 21
The applicant shall submit an innovative experimentation report to the competent authority within 30 days after the expiration of the approved period for the innovative experimentation.The report, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, shall include the following items:1.The course of the innovative experimentation and the outcomes;2.Risk occurrences and traffic incident report records;3.Records of the frequency and circumstances requiring human intervention to control the unmanned vehicles;4.Other matters specified by the competent authority.The competent authority may convene an evaluation meeting concerning the outcomes of an innovative experimentation.

申請人於經核准辦理創新實驗之期間屆滿後三十日內，應將創新實驗報告，函報主管機關。
前項報告，應包含下列事項：
一、創新實驗歷程及結果。
二、風險發生及事故通報紀錄。
三、人為介入無人載具控制權次數及原因紀錄。
四、其他主管機關指定之事項。
主管機關就創新實驗之結果，得召開評估會議。
