Regulations of Encouragement to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries Article 4
Under any of the following circumstances, a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise is not eligible for the screening procedures for selecting outstanding refrigeration and air conditioning enterprises:1. It has participated in the screening procedures by submitting false documents or information in the past three years.2. It has been punished by the central competent authority or another administrative authority for a violation of laws or regulations in the past three years.3. It has been less than three years since the registration of the establishment of a company or a business.

冷凍空調業有下列情事之一者，不得參與績優冷凍空調業之評選：
一、最近三年內曾以不實文件或資料參與評選。
二、最近三年內曾因違反法令，經中央主管機關或其他行政機關處分。
三、公司或商業設立登記未滿三年。
