Enforcement Rules of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries Governance Act Article 4
To apply for a permit to operate a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise, the applicant shall file a duly completed application form together with the following documents with the central competent authority:1. Photocopies of its responsible person's ID and certificates and supporting documents of his/her education and work experience.2. Documents certifying its registered capital.3. Documents certifying its experience or capability in manufacturing or installing refrigeration and air conditioning engineering work.4. Roster and photocopied certificates of the full-time engineers or technicians to be employed by it.

申請許可經營冷凍空調業者，應填具申請書，並檢附下列文件，向中央主管機關為之：
一、負責人身分證明文件及學經歷證明文件影本。
二、登記資本額證明文件。
三、製造、安裝冷凍空調工程之經歷或能力證明文件。
四、預定聘僱專任技師或技術士之名冊及證書影本。
