Enforcement Rules of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industries Governance Act Article 11
A foreign refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise applying to the central competent authority for a permit under Article 22 of the Act shall complete the procedures set forth in Article 4 of these Enforcement Rules, as well as submit documents to prove that it has been incorporated and registered as a refrigeration and air conditioning enterprise in accordance with the laws of its home country.

外國冷凍空調業依本條例第二十二條規定，向中央主管機關申請許可者，除依第四條規定辦理外，並應提出其已依其本國法設立登記為冷凍空調業之證明文件。
