Factory Management and Counseling Act Article 26
In order to promote industrial development, the competent authority shall provide counseling to factories regarding the following matters:1. The survey, research, introduction, transfer and promotion of industrial production technology.2. The development, industrial product design, quality improvement, automation, enhancement of productivity and operational rationalization3. Training of industrial technology talents4. Prevention and management techniques of industrial pollution and industrial safety and health.5. Other matters regarding industrial development

主管機關為促進工業發展，應就下列事項，對工廠實施輔導：
一、工業生產技術之調查、研究、引進、移轉及推廣。
二、工業新產品之開發、工業產品之設計、品質提升、自動化、提高生產力及經營合理化事項。
三、工業技術人才之培訓。
四、工業污染及工業安全衛生之防制或管理技術。
五、其他與工業發展有關之事項。
一、工業生產技術之調查、研究、引進、移轉及推廣。
二、工業新產品之開發、工業產品之設計、品質提升、自動化、提高生產力及經營合理化事項。
三、工業技術人才之培訓。
