Mining Act Article 75
Holders of offshore petroleum and natural gas mining rights shall establish a safety zone for the necessary equipment and installation used in the exploration and drilling activities in the maritime drilling area.The necessary equipment, installation and safety zone under preceding Paragraph shall not affect international navigation safety.The established equipment, installation and safety zone under Paragraph 1 shall be properly announced and marked with warning signs to indicate their existence.

依本法取得海域石油礦、天然氣礦者，於海域內建立為實施探勘及開採必要之設備及裝置時，應設定安全區。
前項之必要設備、裝置及安全區，不得妨礙國際航行。
第一項所建立之設備、裝置及安全區，應妥為通告，並應設置警戒標幟，以顯示其存在。
