Measure Governing Oil in Emergency Management Article 7
The central competent authority may implement the following oil control measures in an emergency:1.Impose restrictions or prohibitions on export oil of the oil exporters.2.Demand that oil refineries should adjust refined oil types and quantity.3.Demand that oil importer should adjust imported oil types and quantity.4.Prohibit oil businesses from stocking up oil.5.Other control measures.

緊急時期，中央主管機關得採行下列石油管制措施：
一、限制或禁止石油輸出業輸出石油。
二、命石油煉製業調整煉製石油種類或數量。
三、命石油輸入業調整輸入石油種類或數量。
四、禁止石油業囤積石油。
五、其他管制措施。
