Petroleum Administration Act Article 38-1
The central competent authority can determine the fixed blending ratio of alcohol or ester to the gasoline and diesel in accordance with the actual implementing schedule, scope and method for the oil refinery and oil importer.The aforesaid blending ratio of alcohol or ester to the gasoline and diesel, the actual implementing schedule, scope and method shall be promulgated by the central competent authority.

中央主管機關得就石油煉製業與輸入業，銷售國內之汽油及柴油，按實施期程、範圍及方式，規定摻配一定比率之醇類或酯類。
前項汽油、柴油摻配醇類、酯類之比率、實施期程、範圍及方式，由中央主管機關公告之。
