Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 49
When the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) handles permit applications, on-site investigations, or registrations, or issues certificates in accordance with this Act, it shall collect review fees, on-site investigation fees, certificate fees, or registration fees; the standards for collecting such fees shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.
