Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 37
Any person who fails to comply with a notice issued by the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 34 to suspend operations in whole or in part shall be punished with an administrative fine of not less than NT$1,000,000 and not more than NT$5,000,000.
