Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 32
A sand and gravel excavator shall periodically report the excavated and sold quantities to the Competent Authority of the Special Municipality or County (City) for transmission to the Central Competent Authority for record.The Central Competent Authority shall periodically conduct surveys of the quantities excavated and sold.
