Sand and Gravel Excavation Act Article 19

Prior to applying for the issuance of a Sand and Gravel Excavation Field Registration Certificate, the sand and gravel excavator shall properly erect boundary markers and signboards, and properly preserve and maintain them.The specifications for the boundary markers and signboards referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.
