The Organic Regulation of the International Trade Commission, Ministry of Economic Affairs Article 5
The Commission has one Chairman, served concurrently by the Vice Minister of Economic Affairs. There are twelve to fourteen ex officio members designated by the Chairman. These ex officio members consist of:1.Vice Minister of Finance.2.Vice Chairman, Council for Economic Planning and Development.3.Vice Chairman, Council of Agriculture.4.Vice Chairman, Council of Labor Affairs5.Eight to ten Scholars, experts with expertise in industry, trade, taxation,and law.The term of each Commissioner shall be three years and the Commissioner may be appointed a second term. The Commissioner is an unpaid position.

本會置主任委員一人，由經濟部次長兼任，委員十二人至十四人，由主任委員就左列人員聘兼之：
一、財政部次長一人。
二、行政院經濟建設委員會副主任委員一人。
三、行政院農業委員會副主任委員一人。
四、行政院勞工委員會副主任委員一人。
五、對產業、經貿、財稅或法律等富有研究與經驗之學者、專家八人至十人。
前項第五款聘兼委員任期三年，期滿得續聘一次。
本會聘兼委員為無給職。
一、財政部次長一人。
二、行政院經濟建設委員會副主任委員一人。

四、行政院勞工委員會副主任委員一人。
