Enforcement Rules of the Detention Act Article 30
When a detention center provides radio, television, information equipment or audio/video equipment for guidance and counseling in accordance with Paragraph 1, Article 38 of the Act, the detention center should carefully review related teaching materials or contents and follow intellectual property related laws and regulations.
