Enforcement Rules of the Detention Act Article 29
Detention centers shall respect the religious freedom of defendants and shall not force defendants to participate in religious activities or engage in religion-related acts.Detention centers should allow defendants to worship in a reasonable manner in accordance with their religious beliefs and accommodate the religious needs of defendants.
