Enforcement Rules of the Detention Act Article 22
For undertaking processing work commissioned by others in accordance with Article 27 of the Act, a detention center should openly and regularly solicit vendors for the processing work and pay attention to vendor’s finances, contract performance capabilities and market prices of the processed products in order to obtain reasonable prices for the commissioned work.Before undertaking commissioned processing work, trials may be conducted first to test the suitability of the work and productivity.

看守所辦理本法第二十七條規定之委託加工，應定期以公開方式徵求委託加工廠商，並注意廠商財務、履約能力及加工產品之市價情形，以取得委託加工之合理價格。
