Detention Act Article 58
Unless otherwise stipulated by law, no medical or scientific experiment that may damage a person's health can be conducted on a defendant even with the consent of the defendant.Unless otherwise stipulated by law, blood or other specimens taken from a defendant for diagnosis, treatment or health examination cannot be utilized for any other purposes.

任何可能有損健康之醫學或科學試驗，除法律另有規定外，縱經被告同意，亦不得為之。
