The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 29
Collective, group or individual counseling referred to under Paragraph 3, Article 40 of the Act shall be organized in the following manners:1. Collective counseling: Counseling by community through lectures, speeches, audio-visual materials or in other proper manners.2. Group counseling: Counseling provided by category based on common treatment requirements through group lectures, teamwork, group discussions or in other proper manners.3. Individual counseling: Provided by counselors targeting prisoners’ individual situations through sessions or in other proper manners.Counseling in the preceding paragraph shall be provided in proper locations and records shall be made.

本法第四十條第三項所稱集體、類別及個別輔導，辦理之方式如下：
一、集體輔導：以群體為單位實施輔導，以授課、演講、視聽教材或其他適當之方式行之。
二、類別輔導：依共通性處遇需求，分類實施之輔導，以分組授課、團體工作、小組討論或其他適當之方式行之。
三、個別輔導：輔導人員針對受刑人個別狀況，以晤談或其他適當方式行之。
前項輔導，應於適當場所為之，並留存紀錄。
