The Enforcement Rules of the Prison Act Article 16
Prisons shall arrange prisoners’ work, edification, entertainment, food, medical care, sports and other living routines.The schedules for the routines under the preceding paragraph shall be published by Prisons in proper manners for prisoners’ information.
