Regulations Governing the Use of Weapons in Prisons and Detention Centers Article 4

An Officer shall only use weapons in accordance with these Regulations if there is an event under Paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 25 of the Prison Act or Paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 20 of the Detention Act, without any abuse.
