The Regulations Governing Disbursement of Labor wage in Prisons and Detention Centers Article 7
The labor wage for the individual labor shall be calculated in the following steps:1. Labor wage as per working hours:(1) First, the average labor wage per labor point shall be calculated based on the total labor wage as per working hours divided by the total labor points of all authorities;(2) Next, the labor wage as per working hours for an individual labor shall be calculated based on the labor points earned by the individual labor times the average labor wage per labor point.2. Labor wage as per duty ratio:(1) First, the respective percentage of the work surplus of each working unit accounting for the total work surplus of all working units shall be calculated;(2) Next, the labor wage as per duty ratio allocated for each working unit shall be calculated based on the respective percentage of the total work surplus times the total labor wage as per duty ratio;(3) Finally, the labor wage as per duty ratio for an individual labor shall be calculated based on the duty ratio contributed by the individual labor times the labor wage as per duty ratio allocated for the respective working unit.3. The labor wage for an individual labor shall be the sum of figures derived in the preceding two subparagraphs.

作業者勞作金之計算步驟如下：
一、作業時間勞作金：
（一）先按作業時間勞作金總額及機關點數總和，計算每點數平均額。
（二）再按作業者應得點數，依每點數平均額計算其個別額。
二、勞動能率勞作金：
（一）先按各作業單位賸餘計算占總作業賸餘之比率。
（二）次按勞動能率勞作金總額，依各作業單位賸餘所占比率，計算各作業單位分配額。
（三）再按作業者勞動能率之情形，依各作業單位分配額，計算其個別額。
三、前二款計算之總和為作業者勞作金。
一、作業時間勞作金：
（一）先按作業時間勞作金總額及機關點數總和，計算每點數平均額。
（二）再按作業者應得點數，依每點數平均額計算其個別額。
二、勞動能率勞作金：
（一）先按各作業單位賸餘計算占總作業賸餘之比率。
