The Regulations Governing Disbursement of Labor wage in Prisons and Detention Centers Article 6
The total labor wage as per duty ratio shall constitute 70% of the total labor wage.The allocation provided in the preceding paragraph shall adopt the duty ratio system, and may choose from one of the following methods:1. Based on the actual amount of work completed.2. Based on the actual working days.3. When the preceding two subparagraphs are not applicable, working undertakers shall propose allocation methods for Counselling and Rehabilitation Committee’s review, by taking into account the nature of the work, the degree of difficulty of the work, the work capacity, the degree of labor required, and other circumstances.

勞動能率勞作金總額計算方式，按勞作金總額提百分之七十計算之。
前項之分配方式採勞動能率制，依下列方式擇一辦理：

三、無法依前二款辦理者，由作業承辦人員斟酌作業性質、難易程度、作業產能、作業者辛勞程度及其他情形，提教輔小組審議。
