The Regulations for Safekeeping and Management of Money and Properties of Inmates in Prison and Detention Center Article 19
When an inmate is released, the Authority shall return to the Inmate the objects under safekeeping on the Inmate’s behalf and shall procure the Inmate’s signature or fingerprint on the document for objects under safekeeping (in duplicates). The first copy shall be given to the Inmate for safekeeping and the second copy shall be kept by the Authority.

收容人釋放時，機關應將代為保管之物品交還收容人，並使其於物品保管文件（一式二聯）簽名或捺印，第一聯交收容人收執，第二聯由機關留存。
