The Regulations for Safekeeping and Management of Money and Properties of Inmates in Prison and Detention Center Article 12

The revolving fund under Paragraph 3, Article 76 of the Prison Act and Paragraph 3, Article 68 of the Detention Act may be provisioned based on the following standards and implemented following the approval of the Senior Officials. The maximum amounts are as follows (in NT Dollars):1. 200,000 if there are less than 1,000 Inmates.2. 400,000 if there are more than 1,000 and less than 2,000 Inmates.3. 600,000 if there are more than 2,000 and less than 3,000 Inmates.4. 800,000 if there are more than 3,000 and less than 4,000 Inmates.5. 1,000,000 if there are more than 4,000 and less than 5,000 Inmates.6. 1,200,000 if there are more than 5,000 Inmates.If required, Authorities may exceed the maximum amounts of revolving funds under the preceding paragraph with the approval of the supervisory authority.
