Regulations Governing the Detention Center’s Imposing Punishment on the Defendant Article 4
The punishment imposed by the detention center on the defendant shall be based on the severity of the violation conduct along with the deliberation of the following matters:1. The motivation and purpose behind the conduct;2. Stimuli received for the conduct;3. Means of the conduct;4. The usual situation of the defendant;5. The danger or damage to the order or security of the detention center caused by the defendant’s conduct; and6. The defendant’s attitude after the conduct.
