Regulations Governing the Management of Use of Guard instruments, Protective Restraints and Placement in Protective Cell in Detention Centers Article 9
When the detention center needs to purchase additional guard instruments due to service needs, the reason for the planned purchase, the style, specifications and quantity of the guard instruments shall be reported to the supervisory authority for approval before such purchase can be made.
