Regulations Governing the Management of Use of Guard instruments, Protective Restraints and Placement in Protective Cell in Detention Centers Article 22
These Regulations may apply mutatis mutandis to the use of guard instruments, protective restraints, and placement in a protective cell for people under observation or rehabilitation, juvenile inmates and people under custody.
