Regulations Governing the Management of Use of Guard instruments, Protective Restraints and Placement in Protective Cell in Detention Centers Article 21
The supervisory authority shall formulate guidelines for the use of guard instruments and protective restraints, and provide the detention center officers with relevant education and training.
