Rehabilitative Disposition Execution Act Article 65-1
The prosecutor shall inform the person subject to probation to abide by and designate a date for him/her to report to the person that enforce the probation.When the prosecutor orders the action referred to in the preceding paragraph, he/she shall provide the written judgment, life investigation, and other documents related to the person subject to the probation to the probation officer. The probation officer shall immediately report to the prosecutor upon the arrival of the person subject to the probation. When the person subject to probation fails to report on the designated date, the prosecutor shall also be informed.

檢察官應告知受保護管束人所應遵守之事項，並指定日期，命往執行保護管束者之處所報到。
檢察官為前項指揮執行時，應將關於受保護管束人之裁判書、身世調查表暨其他有關書類，通知執行保護管束者。
執行保護管束者於受保護管束人報到後，應立即報告檢察官；其未依指定日期報到者亦同。
