Rehabilitative Disposition Execution Act Article 56-1
Where the person under imprisonment works during the disposition of compulsory work, labor wages shall be issued. The amount of the wages shall be based on his/her behaviors and working performance.If there is any concrete fact that shall be rewarded with regard to the operation referred to in the preceding paragraph, a reward shall be granted to the person under imprisonment.
