Regulations for the Implementation of the Education to Prisoners Article 4
Teachers in Supplementary Education and Continuing Education of Prisons shall have teaching certificates of each education levels and subjects.Teachers of prison-collaborated universities and colleges or open colleges providing extension educations shall have one of the following qualifications: junior colleges teaching qualifications or above, professional technical qualifications or professional technical teaching qualifications.

監獄補習及進修教育教師應由具有各該教育階段、類科合格教師證書者擔任。
監獄委託大專校院或空中大學辦理推廣教育之師資，應由具有專科以上學校教師、專業技術人員或專業技術教師資格之一者擔任。
