Regulations Governing Review Criteria for and Management of Prisoners' Out-Of-Prison Medical Treatment on Bail Article 13
Where the prisoner fails to report to the prosecutor’s office by the prison’s designated time period in accordance with the preceding article, the prosecutor’s office shall notify the prison immediately.Upon receiving the notice from the prosecutor’s office or becoming aware of the situation in the preceding paragraph, the prison shall submit relevant information to the prosecutor for summons, arrest, or circular order in accordance with Article 469 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

受刑人未依前條規定，於監獄指定之期日至檢察署報到者，檢察署應即通知監獄。
監獄接獲檢察署為前項之通知，或知悉前項情事時，應檢具相關資料送請檢察官依刑事訴訟法第四百六十九條規定辦理傳喚、拘提或通緝。
