Regulations Governing Review Criteria for and Management of Prisoners' Out-Of-Prison Medical Treatment on Bail Article 12
When the prisoner’s medical treatment period expires, the medical treatment is revoked, or the condition has been cured or improved, the prison shall designate a date within seven days and notify the prisoner in writing, to report to the designated prosecutor’s office, and return to prison for executing the remaining sentence.

受刑人保外醫治期間屆滿、經廢止保外醫治、病況已治癒或改善時，監獄應指定七日以內之期日，以書面通知受刑人至指定之檢察署報到返監執行。
