The Regulations Governing Labor by Prisoners Article 6
Assignment of prisoners’ work shall base on individual treatment plan. If it is necessary to adjust any work items, the individual treatment plan shall be revised and the reasons for the adjustment of the work items shall be stated.The prison shall manage and evaluate the working prisoners. If the prisoner is not suitable for the work, other assignment may be assigned.

受刑人作業之分派，依個別處遇計畫為之。
如作業項目有調整之必要，個別處遇計畫應修正並敘明作業項目調整之理由。
監獄應對作業受刑人加以管理及考核。
如受刑人不適於該項作業，得另予配業。
