The Regulations Governing Labor by Prisoners Article 24
Upon encounter of acute diseases or major accidental injuries, the prisoner for the external work shall be immediately escorted by prison officer(s) on-site or the collaborated working unit to the medical institution for treatment, of which the prison shall be immediately notified.

從事監外作業受刑人遇有急病或重大意外傷害時，在場監獄人員或作業協力單位應立即護送醫療機構治療，並即通知監獄。
